In each studio, you'll find the following features:

• design by leading architects and feng shui experts to strategically capture natural light and energy flow
• materials locally sourced and certified sustainable, built with fair work conditions for all contractors
• updated kitchen and bathroom(s) with waste management systems for compost, recycling, and trash
• bedrooms with built-ins to maximize storage space: drawers, hanging closet, under bed storage, shelves
• recessed lighting with smart technology for timers, dimmers, and voice commands
• small load capacity washers and dryers in each unit with hanging lines for drying as an alternative
